Twitch streamer Morgpie has landed in hot water with the platform once again, this time following a Dark Souls III broadcast built around an unusual visual gimmick.
The stream, titled “Dark Soles,” featured gameplay from FromSoftware’s action RPG projected onto the underside of Morgpie’s feet using a green-screen effect. The setup quickly gained attention across social media thanks to its play on the Dark Souls name and its unconventional presentation.

The suspension comes after years of back-and-forth between Morgpie and Twitch’s moderation team. The creator has repeatedly tested the limits of the platform’s content policies, often using creative camera setups and visual effects that technically avoid explicit nudity while still generating controversy among viewers.
One of the most notable examples occurred in 2024 when gameplay footage was projected onto parts of her body during a Fortnite stream. The incident sparked widespread discussion and ultimately contributed to Twitch revising its rules regarding the use of certain body areas as green screens.
While Twitch has not publicly detailed the reason behind the latest suspension, Morgpie shared a notification indicating that her channel had been temporarily disabled for violating Community Guidelines.
The platform’s current rules prohibit prolonged focus on what it describes as intimate body parts, including breasts, buttocks, and the groin. Feet are not specifically mentioned in the policy, leading some viewers to speculate that the suspension may have been issued under broader rules covering sexually suggestive content rather than a direct violation of the green-screen guidelines.
Despite the ban, Morgpie appears ready to continue the experiment. Posts shared after the suspension suggest the Dark Soles playthrough will resume once the restriction expires.
The incident is the latest chapter in an ongoing pattern where Twitch’s moderation policies are challenged by creators looking for new ways to push boundaries. As a result, the platform has repeatedly updated its rules in response to emerging streaming trends, and the Dark Soles controversy may reignite discussions about where those boundaries should be drawn.
